Our colleague Paloma Taltavull assisted to the International Conference on Real Estate Statistics, organized by the Eurostat in Luxembourg. The event took place the past 20-22th February at the European Convention Center, in Luxembourg.
During the meeting, experts in real estate statistics mark out the relevance of the data gaps and the information needs to the studies of both residential and commercial real estate analysis. Moreover, they presented different methodologies for the construction of price indexes and discussed the information sources and their significance and homogeneity, at the European level.
